I worked as Production Manager on a music video project for Moussier Tombola, overseeing the recruitment of the technical crew, studio bookings and overall logistical coordination. I was responsible for ensuring smooth production flow from pre-production to shooting day. I also contributed to the creative development and writing of the video concept, combining organization with artistic input to bring the project to life.
